Using the routine
How do I apply the serum?
Use a pea-sized amount on clean, dry skin morning and night. Smooth it over the face and neck, let it absorb for a minute, then apply your moisturizer. In the morning, always finish with sunscreen.
When do I take VitaLock Complex?
Take one capsule daily with food, ideally with breakfast. It is included free in the Advanced and Ultimate kits.
How long until I see a difference?
Hydration and a plumper look often show within the first week or two. Smoothing of fine lines and a brighter tone build more gradually, which is why we suggest a consistent 60-day routine.
Can I use it with my other products?
Yes. Apply UltraLift serum before heavier creams and oils. If you use a prescription retinoid or acid, introduce the serum slowly and speak with your dermatologist if you have concerns.
